Charles Lincoln "Charlie" Parker was the only child of Charles L. & Esther Parker, grandson of Abraham Lincoln Parker, Strawberry Point, Alaska. He was an engineer, WWII Navy Pilot, served at Excursion Inlet, & honored by the State of Alaska for his important civic contributions.
