Sam Cotten's 20 Ton Tractor At Ptarmigan Creek; Glacier Bay, Alaska.

Late season snow brings Leslie Parker's friend Sam Cotten & his 20 ton tractor aboard scow to help clear rough road from Ptarmigan beach to Leroy camp. Cotten's tractor on tracks proved extremely useful & was likely the largest piece of equipment used to support the Leroy mine.
