Affidavit Annual Labor By Albert & Jennie Parker, Glacier Bay, Alaska.

Required sworn statement by Albert "Bert" Parker of annual labor & improvements performed on mining claims "Iroquois I & II" and "Cora I & II" during summer of 1940. A total sum of $475 and 90 man-days of work reported drifting tunnels, tram-way repairs, and blasting ore.

Before me, the subscriber, personally appeared, A. F. Parker, who, being duly sworn, saith:

First.    That he has personal knowledge of the facts with reference to the annual labor performed and Improvements made during the year commencing at 12 o'clock noon, July 1, 1940, upon or for the benefit of the following named mining claims, Iroquois I & II also Cora I & II, which said mining claims are located in the Juneau Mining District, and

are situated as follows: 1/4/ mi. from Ptarmigan creek on mountain east of Lampough Glacier,

(ed: Lamplugh) on South shore of Reid Inlet In Glacier Bay, Alaska.

 

Second.    That during the said year 90 man-days of work were performed, and im­-
provements were made upon or for the benefit of the said mining claims, the character and
value of which said improvements are as follows: Drifting tunnels, repairing tram-way
and uncovering ore. Total value of improvements:  $_______ .

Third.     That the said labor was performed and the said improvements were made between the following dates; July 1, 1940 and Aug. 31, 1940.

Fourth.    That the said work was done and the said improvements wore made at the instance of A. F. Parker.  90 man labor days at 5.00 per.

Fifth.     That the actual sum paid for the said work and improvements amounted to $475.
